"All India Trainers' Meet at Mysore"

All India Trainers' Meet for the RTC's training incharges was held at Country Inn and Suites By Carlson, Mysore on 8th and 9th of Jan, 2015. The meet was hosted by Bangalore RO. There were participations from all ROs nominating the Regional Manager (Trainee) and RTC Principal / RTC Training In-charges.

The welcome address was rendered by DGM RO Bangalore, Mrs. Usha Ramaswamy followed by an informative video clip on Mysore.

Our beloved Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri. Milind Kharat inaugurated the meet and rendered his key note address. A souvenir was released by our CMD.

The best RTC winners 2013-14 were presented with trophies and cash awards. Our ROs Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively baged the rolling trophies and cash awards. The training in-charges who are retiring this year were also honoured by our chairman.

Our General Manager (HR) Shri. R. K. Deka, Deputy General Manager G. Yesudasu, Chief Manager (Marketing) Dr. Naresh Sharma and Dr. Mu. Dhanasekaran, Principal, Corporate Learning Centre spoke on this occasion stressing the need for training based on organisational interest today.

Pre-lunch and part of post-lunch session had the review of the RTC's. A face-to-face discussion with RTC in-charges was handled by our Corporate Learning Centre Officials Dr. Mu. Dhanasekaran (Principal) and Mrs. V D Meena (Vice Principal) over active coordination between RTCs and CTC.

The Principal, Corporate Learning Centre, handled a session on "ULTIMATE TRAINER - TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN TEACHING" so as to equip our RTC trainer leveraging the best out of technology.

The second day started with the open session and a special session by an external faculty, Shri. Aswath Ramaiah on "Enhancing training effectiveness".

The meet came to an end with the feedback of participants. Vote of Thanks by Shri. D. Bhyravanath Manager, HO HR & Training. The entire programme was beautifully compered by Mrs. Bindu C R (Asst. Manager) HO HRM.
